2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is error-free. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, online payment gateways). Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times and fees are specified at checkout and may vary based on your location. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kibun Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, all sales are final and products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kibunbeauty.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our skincare and beauty products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or if you simply change your mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We meticulously inspect all products before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. Conditions for Damaged/Defective Returns:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.

How to Report a Damaged/Defective Product:

Contact Us: Immediately email us at info@kibunbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and clear photos or a video showing the issue.
Assessment: Our team will review your claim.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged/defective item or issue a store credit, at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged/defective items.

3. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at info@kibunbeauty.com. Please include your Order Number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled as our fulfillment process begins promptly. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We will notify you of the failed payment, and you will need to re-submit your order with a valid payment method. Kibun Beauty is not responsible for any bank charges or fees incurred due to failed payments.

As per our Return Policy, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only issued in specific circumstances, such as:
